At Golden Valley and Greenbrier Animal Hospitals we believe in the importance of not only practicing high quality medicine, but also in educating our clients on better methods of caring for their pets.  Our goal in every visit is to improve the quality of life for our patients and clients, and that doesn’t stop at the hospital doors!

Brookview Animal Hospital was founded in Golden Valley in 1975 by Dr. Marc Rothstein to provide high quality veterinary care to dogs, cats, birds and exotic pets. The business attracted many clients, and in response, Dr. Rothstein opened Greenbrier Animal Hospital in Minnetonka in 1980. Dr. Leslie Goldblatt joined the practice in 1995, becoming a co-owner in 1999.

As the business continued to expand, it outgrew its original Golden Valley location.  In 2007, Golden Valley Animal Hospital was purchased, and the business moved into its larger, more modern facility only one block away.

Over the years three additional veterinarians joined the practice, allowing for the ability to provide the highest level of care to pets and their owners in two locations. In 2017 Dr. Kristin Reimann joined Dr. Goldblatt as a new owner of the hospitals allowing Dr. Rothstein to retire in 2018. Drs. Reimann and Goldblatt are excited to see our clinics grow and continue to give the best care possible to our patients.

The veterinarians and techs are professional, competent and very caring. I wouldn’t take my
