When Sydney was just four years old, she met her very best friend, Jasper, and has loved dogs ever since! She had him for 16 years, and enjoyed going with to his vet appointments to ask questions and learn about his care. As Sydney grew up, she started her first job at a doggie daycare and then started privately dog sitting, but soon realized that she had a stronger interest in medical care, which led her to become a licensed vet tech!
Sydney graduated from NDSU in North Dakota in 2024 and started working at an emergency clinic after moving to Indiana. In 2026, she moved to Minnesota and started working at our clinics! Sydney’s favorite part of working as an LVT is helping to create happy experiences for young animals’ first visits with us, as well as getting to cuddle with senior pups!
Outside of work, Sydney enjoys hiking, taking walks in nature, spending time on the lake with her family, reading, and crocheting.
Sydney shares her home with her elderly chihuahua, Piña Colada, Catahoula Leopard Dog mix, Lulu, and Leopard Gecko, Mojito!
